How to buy a plan, move to a higher or lower one, and how yearly billing works.
Buying step by step
In the dashboard you choose the product, company, plan and payer, then pay. The product works as soon as you buy it. Before paying you see the price, limits, renewal date and cancellation terms.
Moving to a higher plan
Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately. It helps when you're close to your limit or adding new inboxes, shops or Allegro accounts.
Moving to a lower plan
Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next billing period. Until the end of the paid period you keep your current limits.
Yearly billing
You pay upfront for 10 months and use it for 12. You can switch a monthly plan to yearly at any time.
Good to know
- Every plan has all features. Plans differ only in limits.
- We always announce price changes in advance: you see the old price, the new price and the date of the change.
- You buy each product separately. Tavirio One, the shared dashboard for all products, is included.
