Approval of important actions
By default, sending emails and listing change suggestions wait for a person's decision; automatic sending can be switched on only for selected types of cases. Seller only reads data from Allegro. You decide what can happen automatically and what always needs approval.
A person for difficult cases
When Chat can't help or the customer asks for it, the conversation goes to your team with the full history. In Mail, complaints and payments are always handled by a person.
Answers only from your sources
Tavirio uses the knowledge you share: products, terms, price lists and documents. In the dashboard you see the sources and any missing information.
Full activity history
Conversations, reply drafts and approved changes are logged. You know who made each decision and when.
Our own AI on our own server
Tavirio uses its own AI model running on our server. Your company and customer data isn't sent to external AI providers.
Connections via official sign-in
You connect Allegro through the official Allegro sign-in, Gmail and Outlook through Google or Microsoft sign-in, and company email on your own domain with an email address and a password stored in encrypted form. You can disconnect at any time.

We only publish verified information here. We add further items once they're confirmed.
