Copy the code from the Tavirio dashboard
In the Tavirio Chat settings, copy the installation code.
Your own HTML website
Paste the code just before the </body> tag on every page or in your site's shared footer.
WordPress without a shop
The simplest way is the free WPCode plugin: in the Code Snippets menu choose Header & Footer, paste the code into the Footer field and save. Don't edit your theme files: a theme update will remove the changes.
Wix
Go to Settings, then Development & integrations and Custom Code. Click Add Custom Code, paste the code, choose All pages and the Body – end placement, then click Apply. Your site must be published and have a connected domain.
Good to know
- You only need to paste the code once. The chat will appear on every page.
Something not working?
I use a different website builder
Look in the settings for an option such as Custom code, Code injection or Footer code. Paste the code there. If you can't find such an option, write to us.
