TavirioInstalling Tavirio Chat in a Shoper shop
You paste one line of code in the Shoper panel. The chat works on every page.
Copy the code from the Tavirio dashboard
In the Tavirio Chat settings, copy the installation code. It is a single line starting with <script>, with your shop's ID in data-project-id.
Open the custom code section in Shoper
In the Shoper panel, go to “Dodatki i integracje” (Add-ons and integrations), then “Integracje własne” (Custom integrations) and “Nagłówek i stopka strony” (Page header and footer). In some panel versions this section is called “Aplikacje i integracje” (Apps and integrations) or “Własne integracje” (Custom integrations).
Paste the code in the footer
Paste the code into the “Stopka strony” (Page footer) field, before the closing </body>, and click “Zapisz” (Save).
Check it on your shop
Open your shop in a private window and ask a question in the chat.
Good to know
- In the newer Storefront template the menu may look different. If you can't see “Integracje własne” (Custom integrations), write to us and we'll help you find the right place.
- The code loads in the background and doesn't slow your shop down.
Something not working?
The chat doesn't appear after saving
Check that the whole code was pasted, including the <script> tags and the ID in data-project-id. Refresh your shop in a private window.
Is Tavirio Chat an app in the Shoper app store?
No. You install it with one line of code, no app needed.
