Connecting Outlook and Microsoft 365

You connect Outlook and Microsoft 365 via “Sign in with Microsoft”. You don't give us your password.

  1. Click Sign in with Microsoft

    In the Tavirio Mail dashboard, choose to add an inbox and click Sign in with Microsoft. Choose your account and approve access.

  2. Microsoft 365 business account

    In some companies, access for new apps has to be approved by an administrator. If you see a message saying admin approval is required, send them the link from the message.

  3. Check the first messages

    Once connected, Tavirio organises emails from the last 90 days. You'll see the first reply drafts within a few minutes.

Good to know

  • Microsoft has turned off password-only sign-in for Outlook.com and Microsoft 365, so these inboxes are connected by signing in with Microsoft.

Something not working?

I see a message that admin approval is required

This is a setting of your company's Microsoft 365. An administrator approves access once, and then everyone in the company can connect their own inbox.
