You cancel at the end of the billing period. You can download or delete your data.
Cancel in the dashboard
You cancel a monthly plan on the subscription card in the dashboard. The product works until the end of the paid period and doesn't renew.
Your settings are kept for 30 days
After your subscription ends, we keep your settings for 30 days. If you come back within that time, you don't have to set anything up again.
Download or delete your company data
The account owner can download the company's data, archive the company or delete it completely.
Good to know
- Cancelling one product doesn't affect the others.
