TavirioInstalling Tavirio Chat in WooCommerce
You add a ready-made plugin prepared for your shop. No code to paste.
Download the plugin from the Tavirio dashboard
Once you've created your account, open the Tavirio Chat settings and download the plugin file (.zip). The plugin is prepared for your shop, so you don't need to enter anything.
Add the plugin in WordPress
In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins, then Add New Plugin (in older versions: Add New). Click Upload Plugin, choose the downloaded .zip file and click Install Now.
Activate the plugin
After installation, click Activate Plugin. The chat icon will appear on every page of your shop.
Check it on your shop
Open your shop in a new tab (ideally in a private window) and ask a question in the chat. If you use a caching plugin, clear its cache.
Good to know
- Chat pulls products, prices and availability from your shop. You add your terms, delivery rules and FAQ in the Tavirio dashboard.
- You can deactivate the plugin in WordPress at any time. The chat disappears from your shop immediately.
Something not working?
I can't see the Upload Plugin button
Your WordPress account may not have administrator rights, or your hosting blocks plugin uploads. Ask your site administrator or use the guide for other websites (one line of code).
The chat doesn't appear on the site
Clear the cache of your caching plugin and your browser. Also check that the Tavirio plugin is activated.
