Dashboard tour · 6 screens
This is Tavirio Mail from the inside.
Go through the dashboard screen by screen. For every view we explain what you see, what you can do and what counts towards your plan limit. At the end you'll find an exact breakdown of what you pay for.
Illustrative mock-ups with sample data. The dashboard may look slightly different.
Inbox: sorted automatically
Every new email is read automatically: what it's about, how urgent it is, whether the customer gave a deadline and what language they write in. Emails are grouped into threads, and you have shared and private inboxes in one place.
You choose a plan based only on the number of connected inboxes. There's no limit on the number of people on your team.
What you can do here
- Switch between your company's inboxes
- Filter cases that need action
- You add up to 20 custom categories
On screen
- 1Case type
- 2Priority and deadline detected from the content
- 3Filter for cases that need action
- 4Owner

Reply draft: ready to review
Mail writes a suggested reply in the customer's language, in your company's style and based on your price lists, terms and instructions. You send it.
What you can do here
- You edit the text or generate a new version
- You add a question for the customer when something is missing
- You send with attachments, and the reply also lands in the Sent folder
On screen
- 1Case type and priority
- 2Draft in the customer's language
- 3Reply based on company knowledge
- 4Question for the customer when data is missing
- 5Sent only after you click
Dear Mr B., thank you for your message. We'll issue the invoice to the details in the attachment and send it to this address within one working day.
Cases: owner, deadline and next step
Every email that needs a response becomes a case with an owner, priority, deadline and next step. Mail spots overdue cases, and when a customer doesn't reply, it prepares a polite reminder after 72 hours, at most twice.
What you can do here
- You see what stage every case is at
- You act on overdue cases
- You send ready-made reminders
On screen
- 1Stages: new, to approve, in progress, waiting, closed
- 2Owner, deadline and next step
- 3Overdue cases
- 4Reminder after 72 hours
- 5Change history
Knowledge and style: replies that sound like you
You upload company documents: PDF, Word, Excel and more, up to 10 MB. Previous versions are kept, and Mail always uses the latest one. The style is learned from sent replies: length, greetings, sign-offs and forms of address.
What you can do here
- Add and update documents
- You set the greeting, sign-off and signature
- You reset the style when you want to start over
On screen
- 1Documents with version history
- 2Style learned from sent replies
- 3Style changes after 5 similar corrections
- 4Signature set manually
- Form of address: Mr / Ms
- Short and to the point, no emoji
- Sign-off: Kind regards
3 The style only changes after 5 similar corrections
Team: cases go to the right person
Mail assigns cases itself, taking into account who has already spoken with the customer, skills, workload, working hours, holidays and cover. The report shows how many cases were handled and how quickly.
Plans differ only in the number of inboxes. Unlimited users, the same features in every plan.
What you can do here
- Check your team's workload
- You set up cover for holidays
- Invite more people, with no user limit
On screen
- 1Automatic case assignment
- 2Holidays and cover
- 3Working hours
- 4Work report
Inboxes and autonomy: you decide
You connect Gmail and Outlook through Google or Microsoft sign-in, and company email with an email address and password. For each inbox you set the level of autonomy. By default Mail prepares drafts and a person approves them. Sending without a person can be switched on only for selected types of cases.
What you can do here
- You connect shared and private inboxes
- You choose the level of autonomy
- You exclude selected customers from automated actions
On screen
- 1Connected inboxes
- 2Scope: 90 days, checked every 15 minutes
- 3Levels: 0, 1 (default), 2
- 4Cases Mail never replies to on its own
2 Mail from the last 90 days, new emails every 15 minutes
What you pay for
You pay for inboxes, not messages.
You choose a plan based only on the number of connected email inboxes. No limit on users or emails. All features are in every plan.
